Terms & Conditions
Please read the following "Terms & Conditions" before ordering:
Ordering
1. All items in this site are quoted in SGD$.
2. We only take in order within Singapore only.
3. No changes of ordered items after submitting the Order Form.
4. We do not offer discount due to our competitive prices. Thus, no haggling of prices unless you are buying in bulk (I.e. 10 pieces or more).
5. Please choose an alternative product of similar value. In event of your item Out of Stock, your alternative will be ordered and you will be notified via email.
Payment
1. Once your order is submitted, a copy of "Payment Details" will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Upon receipt of the email, kindly make payment within the next 24 hours without which your order will be disregarded.
2. Payment can be made either via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer (POSB/DBS).
Postage
1. All Clothings (Excluding Bags) will be send out through normal postage by default, which is Free Of Charge (FOC). Please note that we will not be held responsible for any loss of packages sent by normal postage. You may also opt for registered postage which request for registered mail will incur an additional charge of SGD$2.50 per piece.
2. No free normal postage included for Bags. Registered mail will be the default mailing method. A mailing fee of SGD$3.00-6.00 per bag will be imposed dependant on weight.
3. We offer meet-ups exclusively for collections of Bags and >5 pieces of Clothes items. Choice of locations are fixed at these train stations: Admiralty / Woodlands / Khatib / Simei / Tampines.
Post-Payment
1. The entire waiting period will be approximately 3-4 weeks from the end of the pre-order. (1 week for Diva Addictions to send the money to TW, 2 weeks for our supplier to sort the items, 1 week for our supplier to send the items to SIN).
2. We will update the status of buyer's orders on this site. Please visit our site frequently for these updates on the "Pre-Order Status".
3. If both the item and the alternative product which you have ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS) and has stopped production, we will notify you immediately and give you a full refund for that item.
Others
1. We do not have exchange/refund policy as we place our orders according to our buyer's orders. Therefore, exchange/refund after confirmation will not be entertained.
2. All product quality and colour is assured and products are all brand new. We will not do refund for damages or lost due to the shipment and postage.
3. The closing dates for Pre-Orders are subject to changes and may be brought forward or extended once minimum orders are reached.
