Status of Pre-Order Round 3 (Clothing)
3rd Pre-Order Round for Clothing

The clothes have arrived today!! We will be sorting out the clothes and sending out both normal/registered parcels on Friday (26/01). Once again, we apologize for the long wait and will do the refunds for those affected items by this weekend (Refer to below). Please pardon us if we do not reply your emails on-time as our PC have been down this few days.

Supplier has finally sent out the items yesterday~ However, they advised that there are a few items which has already stopped production & hence was not sent out. We were really unhappy with their arrangement & all the waits. That is also why we decided to change to a different supplier immediately. Anyway, we have obtained a refund from them on the unsent items. Once the items arrive, we will do a full refund to the affected divas~ The clothings are expected to arrive on this Friday, and we will mail out all the items on Sat!

Supplier reverted today and advised that there are some items which are waiting for stock replenishment. They estimate these items to be in stock next week & will most probably send out all our items by the end of next week. Will update again once supplier send out the items from TW.

Sent a chaser to our supplier for our items today which they advised that they are currently in the midst of preparing our items. Due to the Christmas & CNY holidays and surge in orders, there is a delay in sending our items. Have asked them for an estimated date of delivery & awaiting their advice.

Supplier has received our payment today. They will prepare our items and will send them out once ready. :)
